Nice ride up the long ‘Leg Burner’s Big Brother’ climb. I was feeling quite tired and the blazing sun didn’t help matters. No KOM’s for me today. At the top it was a quick blast down the forest track to the road. I hit a big rock coming down here and pinch flatted my front tyre. The perfect excuse to sit on the roadside in the sunshine fixing it. From here I headed around Nant y Moch and then along the rocky track to Llyn Syfydrin. I then decided to play on some of the MTB trails so rode down Hippity Hop, along Diggers End and then followed the Pendam Trail around to Nant y Arian visitor center. I didn’t do Italian Job but headed home via Ice Rink, down to Penrhyncoch and then through Gogerddan Woods.
